At SurplusCameraGear.com, vintage cameras and photographic equipment are our passion, and we strive to provide the best customer experience possible for those who share that passion. We make every effort to accurately describe our listings, but, in the end, they are all used items. As such there will always be a subjective nature to an item's condition. Please read the descriptions and look at the photographs carefully before buying, and feel free to email us with questions at email@example.com.
We currently offer PayPal as the soul method of payment for the site. If you don't have a PayPal Account don't worry, you can pay with your debit or credit card once redirected to PayPal without an account.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, and will provide you with a Tracking Number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. We take great care in packaging your items so they will arrive safely. We generally ship items the next business day, however, it's possible that it may take up to 3 day to fulfill an order. If you need an item in a hurry contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make every effort to meet your needs. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately for further instructions.
At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges as a general policy. As noted above, we make every effort to accurately describe our products, provide high quality images, and strongly encourage our customers to ask any questions they may have about an item prior to purchase. That being said, if you receive an item that you believe was inaccurately represented on the website, please let us know within 7 days and we will be happy to review the situation.
